Sessions & multiple devices
A conversation isn’t tied to one window or device. Open it on your laptop and your phone at once, and messages and replies appear in both.
Manage your conversations
Section titled “Manage your conversations”Your conversations with an agent are listed beside the chat, grouped under Pinned and Recent. From there you can:
- Start fresh. Select New conversation.
- Pin a conversation to keep it at the top. Pins are personal to you.
- Rename a conversation. In a one-to-one chat, the new title is private to you. In a group, everyone sees it.
Switch devices
Section titled “Switch devices”History lives with the agent, not with one client. That means:
- Closing a window doesn’t end a conversation. Reopen it on any device, and it’s still there.
- Switching devices keeps context. Start on desktop and continue on mobile.
- New conversations can still recall the past. With memory installed, a fresh conversation can draw on earlier facts and work.
Reconnect after a drop
Section titled “Reconnect after a drop”Chat is a live connection, so a network drop, a sleeping laptop, or a backgrounded phone can interrupt it. When connectivity returns, the app reconnects and picks the conversation back up.
An agent’s turn keeps running while you’re away, so you can come back to the result.
One agent, many surfaces
Section titled “One agent, many surfaces”The same agent answers wherever it’s reached. A message on Slack or SMS reaches the agent you configured, with the same memory and tools. Each platform keeps its own conversation.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Group conversations: bring teammates into a chat with an agent.
- Channels: reach your agent on other platforms.
