Google Workspace
Connect a Google account, and your agent can work across mail, files, calendar, and documents. It acts as that account, so what it can see and change matches what the account can.
What the agent can do
Section titled “What the agent can do”A connection from the Connections hub requests access to:
- Gmail — read, triage, and send email.
- Drive — find, read, upload, and manage files.
- Calendar — read agendas and schedule events.
- Sheets — read and write spreadsheet data.
- Docs — read and edit documents.
- Google Chat — needed if you add the Google Chat channel.
Google Workspace works on OpenClaw and terminal runtimes, but not on Hermes.
Connect Google Workspace
Section titled “Connect Google Workspace”- Open Connections in the dashboard, or an agent’s Connections tab.
- Select Add new connection, then Google Workspace.
- Sign in to Google and approve access.
See Connect an account for the full flow. To connect another mailbox, run the flow again with that account.
An agent can also generate a connection link that requests only some of these services. See OAuth connect flows.
Use the account as a channel
Section titled “Use the account as a channel”A connected Google account can do more than power tools. Add one of these channels to let people message the agent:
- Email — answer mail sent to the mailbox.
- Google Chat — answer direct messages.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Google Workspace is free to connect. You only pay for what the agent uses, from your credit pool.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Connection scopes decide which agents can use the account.
- Integrations overview lists Microsoft 365 and other connections.
