Departments and the Work view
Two dashboard views show your fleet at a glance. Departments shows how your agents are organized, and Work shows what they’re doing. You don’t have to set up either one, as they’re built from your teams and your agents’ live activity.
Departments
Section titled “Departments”The Departments tab on the Agents page groups your fleet by team. Each top-level team becomes a department, and agents on its sub-teams roll up into it.
Each department shows:
- Agents — with their live status and the sub-team each belongs to.
- Recent work — what’s running or recently finished.
- Connected systems — the integrations installed on its agents.
Agents that aren’t on any team appear under Not in a department. To group one, add it to a team. If you have no teams yet, you can create one from this view or browse team packs.
The Work page
Section titled “The Work page”The Work page shows what your agents are doing now and what runs next. It lists the agents you can manage, and it refreshes itself every 20 seconds.
Activity
Section titled “Activity”The Activity tab focuses on agents:
- Working now — agents with something in progress.
- Everyone else — the rest of your agents.
- Up next — the next scheduled jobs and when they run.
Select an agent to see its live steps, timeline, recent actions, and jobs. Recent actions can include things like GitHub commits, Jira comments and status changes, and knowledge documents.
The Jobs tab lists every job in one Job catalog, whichever agent it belongs to. See Scheduled jobs for how jobs work.
Find what you’re looking for
Section titled “Find what you’re looking for”Use the controls at the top of the page to narrow things down:
- Search — find agents and recent work, or jobs.
- Agent — show one agent.
- Status — on Activity, choose Working now, Queued, Has recent work, or Unavailable. On Jobs, choose In progress, Enabled, Paused, or Last run failed.
Each agent also has its own work view, under its Activity and Jobs tabs.
