Choosing a size
Pick a size based on how heavy the agent’s work is. The wizard recommends Medium, and you can upgrade a running or stopped agent in place later.
Each size sets how much compute the agent’s machine has:
| Size | vCPU | Memory | Storage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 2 | 4 GB | 40 GB SSD | Lighter workloads and everyday assistants |
| Medium | 4 | 8 GB | 80 GB SSD | Standard workloads with more headroom |
| Large | 8 | 16 GB | 160 GB SSD | Heavier, compute-intensive workloads |
| XL | 16 | 32 GB | 320 GB SSD | Large builds, big datasets, and many parallel tasks |
The dashboard shows the current specs for each size when you choose one. All four sizes include chat, a web console, support, and a headless browser, and can install any integration.
Which size to choose
Section titled “Which size to choose”Use these as starting points:
- Small suits an agent that mostly calls tools and models.
- Medium adds room for larger local tasks and several integrations at once.
- Large suits large builds, data processing, or parallel work on the machine.
- XL doubles Large for the heaviest workloads.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Managed agents are add-ons on your subscription, billed monthly or annually. Your plan includes some capacity, and you add more as your fleet grows. See live pricing for current figures.
Model calls, voice, and other usage draw on your tenant-wide credit pool.
Change size
Section titled “Change size”Upgrade a managed agent to a larger size from its Overview tab: find Machine size and select Upgrade machine.
The agent keeps its files, memory, and settings. It goes offline for about 2 to 5 minutes, then reconnects on its own. Billing moves to the larger size’s price, prorated for the rest of the billing period.
