Team packs
A team pack creates a whole group of specialist agents in one go and puts them in a single team. Use one when you want agents that can work together from day one, rather than installing templates one at a time.
Built-in packs
Section titled “Built-in packs”Alfe ships two packs, and each member is also available as a standalone template:
- Software Team — seven roles that plan, build, test, operate, and explain your product: product, architecture, backend, frontend, quality, operations, and documentation.
- Solo Founder Team — six departments that run a one-person company on a schedule.
Solo Founder Team departments
Section titled “Solo Founder Team departments”Each department learns your rules in its first conversation, then offers to set up its own recurring jobs on a schedule you confirm:
- Chief of Staff — runs the morning briefing and weekly review, and routes work to the right department.
- Comms & Inbox Manager — triages Gmail or Outlook, drafts replies for your approval, and chases follow-ups.
- Sales Funnel Manager — keeps the pipeline current in Salesforce, a Google Sheet, or Notion, and flags stale deals.
- Content & Social Manager — plans a content calendar and drafts posts in your voice. Nothing is published without your approval.
- Finance Manager — sends a money summary from Stripe and Xero or MYOB, and runs a monthly close checklist. It reads and drafts, and it never moves money.
- Research & Knowledge Manager — sends a market and competitor digest with sources, and keeps your knowledge base in Notion or Google Drive organized.
Launch a pack
Section titled “Launch a pack”-
Open the teams catalog at alfe.ai/templates and select a pack.

Select Create in my space or Create in an organisation. If you’re new to Alfe, your choice stays with you through sign-up.

Name the team, then configure the fleet. Apply one setup to everyone, then adjust only the specialists that need something different. Each member has a model, a hosting choice, and a size if it’s managed.

Review the pricing summary and connect the accounts the specialists need.

Select Create team.
You can change any member’s model later. If a launch is interrupted, select Resume team launch to continue it with the same setup.
Managed members that go past your plan’s included capacity become monthly add-ons, and each member’s AI usage draws on your plan allowance and credits. The review step shows the total before you confirm.
What you end up with
Section titled “What you end up with”A pack creates a real team, not a visual grouping, so:
- Everyone’s in one team, in personal accounts and organizations alike.
- Agents can talk to each other. Every agent member of a team has member access to the team’s other agents. So do the people on the team.
- It shows up as a department. The team appears in the Departments view.
- Connections can be shared. Connect an account at team scope to give it to every member.
